How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Deservessorts Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Deservessorts Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Deservessorts Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Utah.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@deservessorts.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
